Note: Before you arrange your travel plans make sure that
your passport is valid at least six (6) months. There is a “Six Months Validity

Day 1 –

We waited for the Genesis Bus going to Clark at Trinoma –
Clark Airport lounge. It is service by
only 1 bus company which is the Genesis Bus and the fare is Pph200 each.
Clark Airport lounge in Trinoma is located besides
Mercury Drug store. About the Bus Schedule you need to call them since they update it from time to time, 621-3673.

We passed by the World’s Largest Dome Arena-Philippine in Bocaue
and Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines going to Clark.
The travel time from Trinoma to Diosdado Macapacal
International Airport (DMIA) at Clark is less than 2 hours depending on the
traffic.

DMIA has renovated the departure area, last time we
traveled there is a waiting area is outside facing the front entrance.
Here’s the steps once you are in DMIA:
- Pay
the travel tax located at the right side of DMIA bldg. Travel tax is
Php1,620.
- Look
for your airline counter if the gate is already open, if it is already
open check in your baggage. Just present your travel tax, passport, and
printed flight ticket if you have any.
The airline representative will give you your boarding pass.
- Then
proceed to the boarding area at the left side of the bldg., you will
counters where you pay the terminal fee Php 500 and Security Fee of Php
100.
- After
your pay the terminal fee and security fee, you will proceed to
Immigration, but first you will need to fill out the Embarkation form.
Then line up to the immigration counter.
- Once
in the immigration counter just present your passport and just answer what
being ask of you.
- After
immigration, you will have to wait in the departure lounge. You can go to
the second floor if you want to go to the Duty Free shop.

The travel time from Clark to Macau is 1 hour 55 min. We
traveled in last week of November and the temperature in Macau is pretty cold.
Once in Macau International Airport you need to proceed
to immigration counters first at either side of the Arrival hall. Then after
clearing immigration go to the baggage carousel to collect your checked in
baggage.
After retrieving your baggage you can now look for your
hotel free shuttle bus, if your hotel doesn’t have one just choose a Hotel free
shuttle bus that’s near your hotel. Luckily Galaxy hotel does.

In Macao, you can save a lot on transportation since most
hotels have their own free shuttle bus that can take you to most of the tourist
spot. You just need to visit their website to check on the schedule and
destination. Free shuttle bus from big hotels like Galaxy and Venetian cover a
lot of destination.
Day 2 –
Eat breakfast at Galaxy. Then we board Galaxy free
shuttle bus going to San Man Lo. We alighted outside Metropole Hotel which is 5
min walk to Senado Square. I’m sure you won’t get lost since there are signs
pointing to that place. Once you see
the wave-patterned mosaic floor you know you are now at Senado Square.
Places we visited in that area:

Mercadores – You’ll see a lot of shops and eateries selling Beef Jerky
- Ruins
of St. Paul
- Monte
Fort / Garden of Surrounding
- Macau
Museum
- Na
Tcha Temple
- Luis
De Camoes Garden
- St.
Anthony Church
After visiting these places we walk to Hotel Lisboa, Wynn
Macau, Starworld, MGM, Dr. Carlos D'assumpcao Park, and Sands Hotel. Right
beside Sands Hotel is Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. You can also check out Babylon
Casino and Rocks Hotel Macau.

Day 3 –
We checked out and boarded a free shuttle bus going to
Taipa Ferry Terminal. We paid HK$162 each for a 1-way trip to Hong Kong via
Cotaijet.
The travel time from Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shun Tak
Centre in Sheung Wan is about 60 minutes. If you get sea sick easily make sure
you take Bonamine before traveling.
You will need to fill out the Arrival Card for Hong Kong
Immigration. Once you arrive in HK ferry terminal and disembark the ship you
will proceed to HK Immigration counter where you will present your passport and
Arrival Card. The immigration officer will take the 1st page of the
Arrival card you will need to keep the copy, you will need it when you depart
from HK.
In Hong Kong we traveled using their world class MTR to
reach our hotel in HK. It’s very easy going from one place to another using HKs
extensive MTR railway system. We bought our Octopus Card (prepaid ticket for
MTR) at Sheung Wan station. Loaded them with HK$300 each.
After checking in our hotel we went to TST for shopping
and bought our Disneyland, Ocean Park and Ngong Ping ticket at Golden Crown
Guesthouse in TST.
Day 4 –
From our Hotel we took the MTR going to Tung Chung. From
Tung Chung station we took the Cable car to Ngong Ping Village to visit the
Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery.
Then we check out Citygate Outlet mall and bought some
shoes. After that we proceed to Hong Kong Disneyland. From Tung Chung station
we alighted at Sunny Bay to take the Disneyland Resort line. We left Disneyland
at 8PM.
From Disneyland we went to Mong Kok to shop at the Ladies
Market and we have our meal at Dimdimsum dimsum Mong Kok. After eating, we took
a bus to Star Ferry Pier.

Day 5 –
We went to Nan Lian Garden and Chi Lin Nunnery located in
Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The place was very peaceful and serene. It’s
a perfect place in HK to avoid the city rush, just take a break and chill.

Then we proceed Admiralty Station and took the Citybus
Route 629 to Ocean Park.

Day 6 –
We went to Causeway Bay to shop at SOGO. After
shopping we went back to our hotel to check out, then proceed to Shun Tak
Centre at Sheung Wan. Bought our ticket going to Macau at Cotaijet for HK$160
each. Proceed to immigration present passport and the copy of the Arrival Card.
Another 60min from HK ferry station to Macau Taipa ferry terminal. After
getting off the ferry you will need to line up at Macau Immigration again and
you will get a fresh 30 days visit permit. We went straight to Macau Airport to
catch our flight to back to Clark.
